BERO
The great big blue
The BERO in Oberhausen is one of Germany’s oldest shopping centres – but still has the occasional surprise up its sleeve. Best example: its new communication strategy, developed and implemented by GRACO Berlin. Rather than working with generic models, it puts the customers themselves centre stage. The innovative, tongue-in-cheek approach takes the BERO’s local and regional focus into account and highlights its unique character and atmosphere.
